Title: Cant find Rupert Simmons?

Cant find Rupert Simmons. Am champion in Arena. Finish gauntlet.
Found Mobile Computer and have saved  Buzzer in Rail Crossing but still no one is showing in arena to
take me to Rupert Simmons.  Any ideas what to do next? have kill faceless near foundery.

Go to Coretech office and ask for work. after couple of missions you will meet him.

Have done that already. Finished: Find Raul → Retrieve ICPD → Defend warehouse. no more missions available from Coretech.  :-X
