Resting and Recovering

Hi everyone, I only bought UnderRail yesterday, so consider me a newbie!

A quick question, there is manner, different from speaking to the doctor, to recover hit points and psi points? A rest option or similar?

Psi Booster/Health Hypo. Also Bandages - but only if health is above 40%.
There is no options of rest, sleep, etc.

There is a perk (available in alpha, not demo) that allows you to recover up to 40% (?) of your psi points when standing near mindshroons (blue glowing mushroom). Mindshrooms in your inventory do not count, only one's that grow on maps. Remember if you pick them up it takes an hour (I believe) in real world time to grow back.

There is also the perk that allows you to recover health with bandages even under 40%, it's pretty much a must because bandages are cheap, stims are not.

I went for a light armored stealthy sniper/thief so stimpacks were abundant, but that Medic skill is still great.

some doctors also may offer you a healing service to completely replenish your Health and Psi Energy, you can consider this similar to resting point in other games
