Fire effects from molotovs and exothermic aura should burn nets and remove entanglement.
-
It burns spider nets from expedition. Agreed it should work on regular nets too.
-
Regular nets wouldn't burn that quick

This is bullshit. Exothermic aura burns so hot that people 3 meters away from you can feel it, and take damage from it. It sets the ground! on fire. And you're saying that a net will not burn or at least lose restraining properties fast enough from direct body contact.

Indeed. Napalm glasses soil (1000Ⅽ⁰), I am pretty sure it would burn down fabric nets rather quickly 😁 and Exothermic Aura is of equivalent (or higher) strength - as per game fire field intensity.

It would be really nice, akin to a ghetto Escape Artist

if I can block a molly's flame by wearing some tin foil, it ain't that hot
and exo aura's damage depends on your skill
Maybe if your square receives x heat damage the net will burn away.

According to the wiki, exo aura damage does not scale with skill. Damage only scales with the intensity of the fire.

even worse then
throw a leather net in a mundane fire and see how fast in burns
