After a few hours, my suggestions

Playing high res, text and icons in general are tiny.  UI elements should have the ability to be freely scaled by the user to suit preference.

I had a hard time figuring out how to "use" bandages.  If you display a message after a right click, something like "left click a target to use [item name]", I think that would ease the learning process.

It would be nice to know how far an opponent can potentially travel on his next turn.  Possibly display on hover, or hold town a key as an overlay toggle.

Inventory can be improved with a simple change.  Instead of a dropdown for item categories, have small icons displayed horizontally which represent the various categories.  (instant category name on hover) Players can click these icons to toggle each category for display, while highlighting/fading the icon.

For weapons, do some math to determine weapon dps (avg damage / action points) and display it on hover

Love the game.
