Title: Steam game doesn't seem to update to 1.0.1.4

My game has 1.0.1.10 in the bottom right of the main menu and when loading saves, even though steam updates are turned on. Anyone know how to fix this issue?

1.0.1.10 is the most recent hotfix to the greater patch 1.0.1.4. So if your copy is displaying version 1.0.1.10 then you have the current build.
