Locations in the wiki

Is there a way to make a screenshot of locations at a time without UI(NPC, Character, stuff on the floor etc.)?
I'm trying to make my version of the 3D maps, pictures of locations is not that necessary, but would be useful for the information content. 

If someone knows, please tell me how were taken pictures of locations that are now in the wiki?

Some of them look very different from the locations in the game. Why is that?

They're normal in-game screenshots stitched together with panorama software.

And could you tell me more about it? I can not take a screenshot of the game, could not find a button or a place where files are stored.

I take screenshots by the possibilities of the operating system, switching the game in windowed mode, but this by itself can not be called normal.
