I made a strength puncher build with metal armor with blades to stack bleeds for Taste for Blood, but I also put some spikes on the chest. I've noticed that when the armor spike damage deals the killing blow I don't get Taste for Blood stack.

Not sure if this is intentional (it's technically not the melee attack) or an oversight, but thought I'd report it.

While it might make sense for Taste of Blood to be triggered from this damage (which is actually treated as a separate attack), triggering of this effect is bundled up with other on hit effects that should definitely not be triggered, so I have no easy way of fixing this. So I'm going to go with the lazy safe option of leaving it as it is.

Cool, I figured. I'll stick to the serrated blades.
