Bugs / Invisible mercenary

Invisible mercenary at Coretech warehouse mission. Could only be seen and killed by NPC teammates. Another interesting detail is that he never managed to hit any of my squad (was using crippling strike).

Imho, they should not despawn not only because my idea of walking around and instigating a fight between the rats and them currently does not work (the rats are locked behind the gates at the right side).  I'm glad I had a quicksave to reload this encounter.

Edit: Or add some timer after which these random encounters would despawn.

Ironhead camp only spawns when coming from the top side and only does it once (does not spawn when reentering):
