Title: Incediary chem pistol and rathounds

The fire pistol has no effect on rathounds (fear wise) unless they directly catch on fire (as any organic would).

Shooting it doest not cause fear.
Cooked shoot does not cause fear.
Rathound nearby catching on fire does not cause fear.

I think at least the latter 2 should cause fear in rathounds. Maybe even the first one, thats debatable.

No. 2 would be consistent with other abilities so I'll implement that in the next update.
