Riposte should natively support up to 2 stacks of its buff

There is no way to prove me wrong on this, it's just the way it should be. Captain's Cutlass could provide only 1 extra stack as a counterbalance, but yeah.

Scale it to "gain additional stack every 6 dex after 7", which makes it possible to get 3 stack if the build dedicated to max dex + food
