So several questions: I haven't really dipped my toes into the other psi schools besides good ol TM and PK, so what other psi abilities do you use? Also, do you believe forceful innerveration is that vital>

FI is there so the build can reach the highest psi skill threshold while still having max psi slots, as the MT TM playstyle requires all of them. You can use the 11 will 12 int version instead, it trades off some damage for not having to rely on FI.
The TC PK version might not be as safe, TC range and cooldowns are big limiting factors, but you don't need as many slots that way.

Personally I recommend the 11 will 12 int version, it is the most balanced and MT TM is fun. Then try the FI build to experience maximum damage. You can also spec for Tungsten armor for the immobilized turtle experience, but that 1 point in Strength will come from your Will, so you'll need to cut back on skill points elsewhere to make up the difference. Luckily this build does not lack on skill points.

This man is derailed!

This build is bad. It obviously can't clear anything above Normal, and even then requires quite a bit of save scumming because a good number of things can blow through this badly-equipped glass canon like wet paper.

It's my first build I'm publically posting, as I didn't find any real STRAIGHT-UP PSI builds. Managed to create one that in the end has you only using PSI, and its extremely optimal.

This is plain wrong. There are many good, optimized pure psi builds published already, in fact 2 of the most recent psi guides posted are awesome and detailed

And yours isn't optimized, not even close.

General / Question about hostile faceless at Core City
« on: October 14, 2019, 06:05:03 pm »
This is my first playthrough, i had just finished with Expedition and was bored with the Tchort cult quests. On a whim i decided to attack the Faceless sieging Core City, and had the best damn battle in the game yet. I killed so many holding Tab hinders me instead, though i made some bad tatical decisions and died (though i plan to smartly abuse the screen transition to save progress next time). So i have two questions regarding this:
1. How many faceless do i have to face? I must have killed over 50 of them but they kept coming. Are they finite in number or is this invasion endless?
2. Does the faceless as a faction become hostile if i attack the invasion force? I have talked to their scouts and the mind reader so i assume they can also be friendly later on
