Bugs / Psi-points

I seem to be experiencing a glitch or bug where I expend no psi-points for using psi abilities.  While being an unstoppable psychic juggernaut is both fun and actually, in character, for whom I play as, I would like to see if this can be fixed (Maybe add in a way to replicate this for later on eh? ).  I've tried reinstalling twice, no dice.  Thanks in advance to the team!
