Title: So I heard a rumor....

...and went to see if it was true, and it was.  I don't want to just announce it, because it is quite a spoiler.  So, if you don't want the mystery spoiled, don't look at the following picture.  For everybody else, look closely and see if you notice anything.

I looked at the crowed.......so are you gonna say what it is, or just meme that theres something there? I dont see it and I think we are getting meme'd on.

It is the infamous and elusive Siphoner Man, and yes it is like an exclusive underrail meme, I'm surprised he doesn't need to use a hood.
