Title: Doc Savage and his cigar

Player can pickpocket cigar from Doc Savage after giving it to him which makes no sense given that in the dialogue it says that he immediately uses it.
Maybe if the AI allows it, he could act like Jon the Beautiful and consume the cigar immediately and get smoking effect for a while.

He was supposed to be doing that, but for some reason he didn't have a lighter on him.
