Title: gui progress bar separations ?

i have noticed the progress bar in my version has no subdivisons but i saw many versions (release versions) they hade.
what is the reason? appears this only on widescreen modes? i use 1280x1024.

yes, i mean the xp bar. no i understand -thanks for clearing !
