Title: Energy Machete puts Flurry on cooldown/removes Onslaught if mech damage resisted

If a machete has an energy edge emitter and the user does energy damage but the mechanical damage is 100% resisted, Onslaught doesn't proc and Flurry goes on cooldown
Not sure if this is intentional

fixed a bug where some players were able to have fun

Weapon on hit effects typically do not interact feat on hit effects. Basically they are executed in two separate pieces of code that cannot directly interact with each other. Not ideal, but it is what it is, and I'd rather write the whole game from scratch than refactor the combat engine...
