Title: [1.0.3.20] Chemical Destabilization

One stack of Chemical Destabilization ends 1 tick earlier than Burning\Acidic Entanglement damage

 e.g
____
Chemical Destabilization (one stack) - 2 turns
Burning - 2 turns
-> End turn
Damage =  Burning + Chemical Destabilization
---
Chemical Destabilization (one stack) - 1 turns
Burning - 1 turns
-> End turn
Damage = Burning
____

p.s it would be nice to have some special death animation for chem pistols like turning into puddle of acid, more gore I mean :)

This is due to there being no guaranteed order in which the status effects are expiring, so chemical destabilization just expired at the end of the same turn before the damage tick.
