Title: 1.0.0.0 Bug: Can not travel to Silent Isle

I have been been to Silent Isle the first time I reached the Junkyard, but saw it was to difficult for me.
Later I got the quest to receive the "Lost Cargo" and Silas told me to talk to Captain Broderick to get to Silent Isle.
However now Broderick only offers to go back to the SGS :-( although the Silent island option was available before.

I am a psi character, so getting back there would be very nice for me.
Is there any cheat I can use to get there?
Or any other way?

This issue should be fixed in the 1.0.0.2 patch, which is out for both Steam and GOG. If even after updating it doesn't work, let us know.
