Title: Chin, Old Ib's son

Chin, one of the sons of Old Ib wears bullet strap belt but he fights with a shotgun, he should have probably have shell strap belt instead.

His weapon was changed at some point before release from an assault weapon to the current shotgun, so the belt remained. Fixed for the next patch.
