Personally I would drop the SMG idea if you are going for such high strength  you might as well take Assault rifles at that point and drop all dex for my con. If you want to stick with SMG, dropping full auto makes more sense because you are on average still shooting more often with Spec-Ops and high dex and using a Premeditation/Stasis with yourself to avoid dying if there are to many enemies around. Instead of super-steel armor get infused rathound leather to get more crit-chance for your smg.

the one thing I'm really curious about is the pickpocketing. Is there a point? Is there something you need pick off someone that can't be bought or killed for?

but how do you kill the bladelings?
In the quest Kill the beast there are 50 bladelings waiting for you and they are immune to critical hit.

Acid Bolts work fine. If you need more help then that, traps before hand is about all you can do.

Yea it's possible and usable, but it's not a contender compared to the other 2 range types or melee really.

That would be one hell of a math problem, calculating good enough AP cost for pistol after bullet time, while somehow increasing per until at least 12 for Scrutinous, or whatever the Versatility Max-dex-to-per break even point. and also having enough skill points to not make the build felt like shit
  Almost like firearm pistols need a slight ap cost reduction on some of the lower end pistols like the 5mm so they can a little more viable lol.

Hey Niko, thanks for the interest. I did end up dropping 2 points from agility and putting them into INT. I'm thinking of swapping Strafe and Ambush for Snipe and maybe Sharpshooter. Or Disassemble. I managed to find a sniper super early, need strength 5 though.
Personally would avoid Snipe, it doesn't crit and requires over investment into stealth while aimed shot does just fine especially with critpower.

If that's the case with all of its limitations it would only be worthwhile if it was 80% or greater of your base skill in melee range, that or if unarmed/, melee attacks became usable with pistols (while still expending ammunition for said attacks) then it MIGHT be worth the feat

if I could use expose weakness, crippling blow etc with gun fu it would be an amazing feat
It doesn't cost anything to switch between weapons. Just keep one slot unarmed and it should be fine.

I did almost the same setups as you are, but .44 Hammerhead is such a cancer.
Gun-Fu is a bit sus because I read somewhere that "unmodified" means the literal skill points you put on, so at max level, its going to be 160 * ##% of the skill. that sucks. basically temporary version of Versatility.

It's 96 if you specialize into gun-fu which is only 4 specialization. Versatility is better but you would spend 10 specializations to get a smaller boost, but it's not viable for this particular build for a whole other reason. It has to be melee range like barrel stare and he doesn't seem to have agility or sprint or hit and run or fancy footwork to move forward anyway.

Since Critical Power feat got nerfed, should i use Crossbow Super String (+20% damage)  instead of Anatomically Aware scope (+50% critical damage) on my Cyclone Crossbow?

Since critical power still relies on crit damage % it's generally better to keep using AA scope over the string.

I made a suggestion on something similar, I hope they basically combine bleeding and poison damage in some way like bleeding procs can increase poison damage. Also smearing poison elder scrolls style would be awesome.

Well finished the junkyard and while the mutants are a pain, did not have a problem with the dogs and mutated humans  And I considered doctor, but honestly the regen vest and while Packrat isn't completely needed it makes travel easier and some of the crippling moves do hurt and packrat helps counter that in a way.

Well traps are a given, but I suppose throwing weapons since crossbow can poison yea, but you will rely more  high damage shots and throwing you can throw enough knives to apply multiply stacks of poison and kill them with just poison damage.
