Suggestions / More Realistic Craft

seems strange a bit that e.g. amateur tailor can't produce anything from high quality fabric. and it's about all in game crafting, especially if player's skills lack few points for requiriments. may be better there could be just quality limitation for crafted items?

Happens after killing last raider with hostages in commons level if old man in ladder room didn't survive before.
