Title: Updating Edward Wheeler's Entry in Oculus after the Eels take over Depot B

I noticed that Eddy's entry in Oculus remained the same even after the Eels took over Junkyard. It'll add to immersion points if the entry is updated after the player helped the Eels take over Junkyard.
