Oh I see I am supposed to call the guys inside by the camera. LOL. Just figured that out. Nevermind. Thanks for the help anyways.

I see red on the floor next to the doctor but it lead to an area with another building with a camera and the main door shut.  I go around the corner and that door is shut too. Am I in the right area?  Am I supposed to be to the north area where I get past the thugs to pay the toll, and the blood stained doctor is there?  I see a red area like you said. But like I said all I see is a building with a camera and the front door is locked and the side door is locked as well.

I assume the junkyard doc is the one with all the blood on him and a mat lying next to him. The door next to him  is locked.  Plus there is a guard walking nearby paroling and a guard right by the entrance. So far I have not found anyone to talk to to let me into this building.
There is an ally nearby. That is the area with a camera guarding the main entrance, and by the side is another way in but I am too low on skill to pick the lock.  Is there a way to persuade someone to open the door next to the doctor?

So I have been to the docks which is in the eastern junkyard. Been to the central junkyard where you get the meat and the items from the various merchants. Been to the western area where you meet Eddie. I have also been north where you pay the toll to get past the thugs.  Past north I can see a building with a camera near it guarding a door.  Farther right there is another door but it is locked and I lack the skill to unlock it.  I cannot find Elwood anywhere.

Any advice guys?
