Random protectorate ship bug

You can land on this ship and kill the back plasma walker out of combat without hostility.  That one is considered an object I guess.

Fixed for the next hotfix. In addition, you won't be able to disembark on their ships without initializing combat (after all, they're supposed to be guarding them).
