Hey i found a laser pistol in one of the locked rooms on the private quarters floor

how high skill is required? I have about  +/-40 and can open only 1 door at this floor

maybe, ventilation shaft are not all usable, cameras too, but why I can in this case aim rocks?
and only 1 rocks I can overcome with agility 7+

1 important (for me) question about dynamite in the game

I have buy component (tnt), but still missing blueprints (1 of 3 times in new game)
can I remove rocks with dynamite in caves and go to the new areas please?
