General / Why Aegis troops are ally to Praetorians?

I have a stupid situation.
I can't go to Chief Brig and say him "Yo mama is so fat, so I need to work for ya", just because SOME YEARS AGO I triggered Praetorians and must to delete them all out of Core City, but there is still ONE and he stand NEAR the Aegis trooper, who asks you "what you need here nigga?".

I cant say something to Chief from jet, cause he stands too far and have ZERO react to any grenades. Trying to land near triggers all them hostile.

Yes, I know, I can go just for pirates. But I do so two times already.
