Title: Some type of noisemaker utility / Ability to fire non-targeted bullets.

I know MKI grenades exist (and are fairly cheap) but it would be nice if I could just shoot a wall instead to attract people to my location.

My problem with the current system is that throwing a MKI puts your grenades on cooldown.

Dynamite, flashes, or stepping on your own planted MK1 mines with a shield on also work. The AI is highly exploitable as is.

I suggested being able to shoot a targeted square a long time ago for this reason.

one of stealth feats can give the diversion ability to create noise while stealthed
