Title: I can outrun Jamaican sprinter!

I mean... My char need 4 AP for a punch, and Fancy Footwork - and after round he has 130+ MP.
What happened, when punch start to cost 2 AP? :P
Guys - aren't it a little bit too much?

My char will get 260 MP if punch = 2 AP.
