I found one fishing rod (maybe two, i don't remember exactly) in Arke Power Plant where you get the keycard to the janitor room.

It seems that without hacking and/or lockpicking you are unable to open the door (and the others) that leads to the keycard (Maria Hope keycard) to open the gate to tchort, at wiki it seems there are vents but I can't find any ventilation shafts outside the rooms, every door is locked and I'm unable to progress any further.

EDIT: Nevermind, there is a key to open the door, for those to want to know is located by going to the left transition area and loot a skeleton there.

IIRC correctly bladed boots only work with unarmed attacks, it doesn't include fist weapons or other melee implements.

Good to hear. A full year and a half, you say? I'm still playing obsessively. Best turn-based combat engine of the modern era. I'm on my...30th (?) play-through, roughly. Just finished a thought control + knife build, my favorite so far. Now on to a pure bleed build...vile weaponry + taste for blood with shock serrated knife, bear traps and metal armor with serrated attachments, plus bladed boots. And Stealth! It actually works with Nimble and Armor Sloping on TiChrome armor.

We are on the same boat, have a build reserved for expedition but haven't stopped from playing, I tried a stealth metal armor build but the armor penalty was very crippling for an agile character.

Well, I can swear I checked THAT locker in the surveillance room or it was locked, can't tell exactly my memory is blurry but I'll check carefully that area in the future.

In the protectorate prison, the door leading to maura cell cannot be opened with the key (I assume is Cell 1 key) making it impossible to finish it, only if having 60 on lockpicking. Tried dropping it but nothing.

Bugs / Free drones last quest condition

Playing the last version.

Before activating the last quest I uncovered the protectorate spy by talking to Darling and get the word "Muffin", I go to the Hanging Rat and talk to Marcella, I kill Alvin Bate and begin the quest, but for some reason the reinforcements appears and when debriefing with Trenton he says we don't have discovered the spy yet and in the dialog the NPC picture disappears and the name changes to "Unknown", also Trenton speaks like if Alvin were still alive.

IIRC correctly twice were the chances I have uncovered the spy using pickpocket and persuasion before triggering the last quest and get no reinforcements, it doesn't work by getting the info by Darling?

In my current playthrought I found one at Simon Peres room in a locker

But yeah, pretty random as the bullet belt, only a matter of luck.

1. Maybe for a future expansion or Underrail 2, possibly.
2. Cliffhanger, could be a proof that you are a trustworthy ally to any Faceless you encounter or just a useless trinket ("Hey brah thanks for returning our precious battery, we can't give you any interesting stuff so just accept this not-so important and useful medallion")
3. Yeah, that quest was rather underwhelming but the reward was decent overall, perhaps on a future expansion could get at least two additional quests

IMO I think you could replace it with Expose Weakness if you are not planning to use additional crit augmenters (Focus Stim, Recklessness), there you can ignore the feat without feeling underwhelmed by more armored foes. But still Ripper is still a good feat, I remember cutting like butter a Dreadnought with 5 critical hits in a row at half health. Critical Power + Cheap Shots also make it to cause ludicrous amounts of damage.

I haven't played for a long time but I can give you where it can be located:

First (covering some parts in black because spoilers) you must reroute power to Hollow earth, the place where are buildings in ruins and bodies everywhere, there is a particular building IIRC with an medical symbol with an electronical keypad, just where the lab with psionic ghosts is located north of it.
