Bugs / A few missing exit mats

There are a few zones on the outskirts of Foundry that have to exit from whence you came; the exit mat doesn't exists and i'm basically stuck there.

Edit: it looks like the one above was already reported here, but the one below wasn't.
Another missing exit mat
Don't remember exact locations other than that it's on the way to the cave you enter from the whole in the floor.
