Inconsistent application of bleeding wounds.

The game now has some Feats taking advantage of bleeding wounds and that's really nice. But there is some inconsistency in applying them on hit.
It works fine for serrated daggers and gloves: every wound those weapons cause is added as a separate wound to target.
But it does not work like this for serrated armors/boots: they can apply only one wound, each subsequent wound will replace existing one.

I don't know why I made it that way, but I've changed it now to work like other bleeding wounds.
