Title: Fragmented chaos not benefiting from critical power

Unless i had very odd rolls doing an hour of save scum shotgun shooting, it seems those two don't benefit from each others.

Bug or working as intended ?

It could be counted as a bug, but I'm going to leave as is for the moment as I intend to revisit Critical Power soon anyway.

I'm eager to know the new change, it's a core feat for so many builds, it could have a huge impact on most characters (and all of mine  :o )

It is gonna be nerfed hard while Locus of Control and Premeditation are not so PSI can rule supreme!

Just kidding, PSI already rules supreme (:
