Voted!
On a rather unrelated note, I laughed big time when I saw Dear Esther on the RPG list, I mn, *what*?

Yup, voted too.
And on the Dear Esther... I guess we could say it *is* playing a role, right? You wander around the island, creating your own story from the pieces thrown before you. In a way it's what makes and RPG.
Also it's not like there is a category where it fits. Maybe if there was one called 'Dear Esther games'.

I would say it's more a walking simulator with voiced dialogue. There's no actual choice in the game, because it's always the same everytime you play the game, except the order you trigger the voiced events, there's no actual branching in story or choice, and that is what RPG is in its core.
That said, I would say it's more an adventure game. ;)

I voted, but I fear that it will win some creepy game that only looks WOW, but which did not pay so much time and effort like Styg to Underrail, because this demo is absolutely amazing, not only the content but also substantial time to debug
but whole world is totaly mad (http://forum.madbrahmin.cz/images/smilies/icon_mad.gif)
