More akin to working in two intelligence agencies from different countries, probably wouldn't be allowed to work for both
Imo game does more than enough to spell this out to the player, you missing it isn't the games fault.

A fair few of the complaints he has are explained to the player in the game or him disliking the combat difficulty and not planning his build properly. The core quest line is pretty clearly explained to the player by Tanner, so him mistaking Gorskys quest line as the main quest line sorta sums up his negative points.

You need to probably reduce dex or agi and put points into perception, think about whether you want to build mainly for AR or sniper and then pick feats accordingly, if sniper you don't need any more strength but if you want to use ARs you might want to consider 7 strength for full auto

Personally, rapid reloader is a waste of a spot that could go to something else. If you run out of ammo then you should have another smg on the switch. Smart module and barrel compensator are the best combo i think as most of the time you'll want to be bursting people down.
Hm? Base AP cost reduction is great when it allows for an extra burst per turn, far from being a waste of a slot.
Ah I misunderstood what rapid relaoder does, I thought it was a -20% AP cost to reloading

I'm not 100% sure if I've got the mechanics right but it seems like after 3-5 fishes being hooked on a rod set on a single square the square has a really low chance to have another fish hook. It'd be a really nice quality of life change for fishes hooking to a rod not being capped on a single square. When trying to catch rare fish it gets tedious to keep having to move rods to a different spot.
