In the Junkyard to the north, there is an area with a few scrappers and single patrolling Black Eel Thug. I killed that NPC, no one saw me, used a knife so it was also silent kill, but suddenly all the Black Eel Thugs became hostile in the nearby areas. Is it a feature or is it a bug?
Another one with Edwood, where you have to get from him a key card. I turned off electricity, killed him, looted and left before camera was reactivated, but then another camera at the entrace went red on me and all the guards entered combat.
