Title: Possible bug with jet skier dialogue

Pigman encountered this guy, but didnt get to talk to him again as the guy took off.  I think he's supposed to have speech bubbles.

I assumed it was to inform the player about the existence of DnD bar since speech bubbles are easier to miss.

It is a bug. Fixed for the next patch.
