Mutagen puzzle -allow placing all mutagens for scan

Is it really necessary to scan them one by one? I call it "not valuing player time" which is bad game design.

I've never done the mutagen puzzle because I'm absolutely horrible at puzzles, but I don't honestly know why this shouldn't be implemented. Maybe there's a technical limitation, perhaps? Something we don't know about that makes it harder to implement than we might know?

Its a matter of just adding a loop to a container that reads property of each ingredient, then another loop to display it in dialog box with continue option, since dialogs can't be scrolled in underrail.
