I am not able to open ANY ventilation shaft because I have only crowbar and it is not working. BUG. I may only attack with crowbar...
Any other ideas please?

What's your strength? I think it requires 7 or 8 to bust the vent shafts with a crowbar.

Hey, man - that's not fair! There is no info like this in description. And also - if I may use it in combat, why I need any special level of strenght to open plastic-metal crate???

Whatever, I don't like You, Styg ;)  Xmas are coming and I am wasting my time walkin' deep below post-apo world:)
