Title: Cytosine Outpost interrogation suggestion

Player shouldn't even have an option to guess the name of the captain unless they have actually read the Original Report in the Library.
Also another idea: With high enough Intelligence, player should remember the name if they read the report so that the name Sagan is suggested (similar to Knuckles password intelligence check)

If the player's name is Sagan, context.player.Name option should work too.

Pretty evil, I like it. The intelligence suggestion is also great.
