What a stupid nonsense. How the hell should i know that? Please remove this shitty timer.

Is there a way to edit save to trigger Masters back?

The thing is i did not miss them. I entered the location and saved there behind the door, then exited using stairs. It is either doable or not. What is the problem to come back later? Time-limit mechanics used here is nonsense. It becomes a missing content in such a long-term playthrough.

Very funny. I don't see a reason why a game should drop the endgame content in such a stupid way.
