Title: Inconsistent Fence Behavior Between Grenades and Grenade Launchers

With regards to chain link fences, you can shoot a grenade launcher through a chain link fence, but you cannot throw a grenade through one. I'm not sure this makes sense and wonder if this is an oversight with grenade launchers in particular?
