Title: Blast Suit/Blast Cloth weird interactions

blast suit and blast cloth block explosion damage but not dmg from shrapnels
however it does block damage from fusion blast of naga, devastator and fusion cannon which is rather silly

Styg said its not supposed to protect against shrapnel.  It protects from "blast waves" (including molotovs and pyrokinesis).
