It's not obvious. Go to city sewers, travel west as much as you can. On eastern side of the map there will be a cave entrance. Explore it.

Definately needs to be better hinted at as to where to go or what to do next in this questline. Ran into the exact same problem. Played for the Coretech guys but yeah - same thing. Something that needs improving for sure.

Did you find a key for the fence gate somewhere or did Ola open it for you?
Unfortunately, i don't remember. I was already working for Praetorian Security when entering the cave, if that helps.
I'm not sure if i met that Ola fellow.
