Title: Freedom Drone Mutant Uses Items After Transformation

While it only used a health hypo, I was told that freedom drones weren't suppose to be able to use items. Or at least this type of mutant. This was during the protectorate's 'Gas the Drones' quest.

You were told wrong, they can use items. Mutants elsewhere simply don't have any
