Title: Epione lab post-destruction loot

As a protectorate, after epione is destroyed, the upper floor is abandoned by the soldiers, but they left behind all the container loot, a couple lanterns, and a napalm barrel.

Not exactly a bug, but it makes sense. They'll clean up the place a bit the next time they leave.
