Title: Bandages doesn't heal

while char at 40% health. Its just used and wasted.

I'm pretty sure that the description says "above 40%" so i'm not sure it's a bug. Maybe it shouldn't be consumed.

Well, maybe I'm wrong, but as I remember, before it was possible to heal if char has 40%.
But it can be memory glitch.

...and it IS a personnal memory glitch, judging by the definition of Bandage.

I don't think I've created a character that I haven't put 20 points into biology for no other reason than the Doctor feat. It's basically mandatory, not really related to the topic at hand but yeah, just throwing it out there. Never forget the Doctor feat! :P
