Title: Hunt down Aegis patrols oversight

If you exterminate the black sea camp and kill all npcs on the island, you still need to kill aegis patrols which for some reason didn't despawn to complete this quest.

Also it looks that player gets a warning about camp invasion if you pick up navcom after the carnage and use it for the first time despite everyone being dead.
