Title: Aegis and Nagas are not hostile to each other?

I was exiting Nexus in a scenario when there is a hostile Aegis group waiting outside (specifically, I went AWOL instead of searching for Phil's arm). I opened the gates and made noise to lure Aegis to the Naga with the intention to provoke a fight, but there was none: it seems they are not enemies.
