Title: N60 The Warthog upgrade materials are false

To upgrade the N60 you actually need a 130+ quality guardian frame instead of the 120 mentioned, wiki needs to be updated too.

Myles' dialogue is indeed incorrect. Fixed for the next patch.

Wiki is unaffiliated with the devs, but fixed that too
