Title: dialogue mistake if coretech member whilst in cube facility via phreak

if you join coretech, don't do any missions for them, then go to the cube facility with phreaks quests they say "you've arrived finally..."
like its the mission for coretech even thought you haven't been sent yet. They shouldn't be expecting you yet.
